Here's an intense little trailer for some new vid featuring Bali and surfing. Might be an interesting new angle....living your dream life. Blow it up to the fullscreen size and really listen.
I've ALWAYS fought the battle between a "real" job and doing shit at night so I can surf/snowboard/ride a bike all fucking day. I'm not sure I'm built to exist in a cubicle or at a desk and trade my life for gold. Yet I keep getting pulled back to try it again. I realize that I need surf, snowboarding, and bikes everyday. They're all a huge part of my life and always will be.
In 3 weeks I'm voluntarily unemployed and moving back to Santa Barbara from the mountains of Idaho. I love it here in Sun Valley, I've lived here off and on for 2/3 of my life. Besides the shredding and mountain biking all day everyday, it's the incredible people that I'll miss. The way they set up their priorities....friends/family/outdoors first, making a living last place. There's no jobs in California. The fucking state is broke. It's full of assholes and pollution. But I'm giving it another shot. Not exactly sure why.
One month from today, at this exact time, I'll be on a Singapore Airlines flight somewhere over the South China Sea for 6 weeks of Indonesia. Hopefully I can figure out why I'm leaving paradise for lots of unknowns.

I don't even need to say anything about this video. It proudly displays everything you need to know. I've just gotta wonder....where have I been? What's wrong with me? How come I haven't seen this sooner? This shit's been playin on the interwebs for at least a month? And I missed it the whole time? It's clear this is another area where I just plain suck. Also, you gotta love the dual GoPro's on sticks and crowds of cameras blasting away on every faggy hit. Nice work Dual Ender.

Seems like lots of friends are taking a beating this last couple years. Either random accidents or insurance that doesn't quite cut it for major issues. If you've got some cash burning a hole in your pocket, why not throw it Nick and Cheryl's way? Nick had a brain tumor removed and needs some chemo for a few weeks. Cheryl's taking care of him and their beautiful little girl. It seems like the right thing to do is help them concentrate on healing and not worry about bills. Plus it gives you somewhere good to donate some dough and builds tremendous karma. Clicky clicky....

Take a look at this hippymobile. It looks like what I imagine a patchouli tree looks like. I don't know what this thing is, but I reallllly like it's lurkability. Could be an old icecream truck, I dunno. It's tough to see in the picture, but the driver's seat is basically a tractor seat and it's located in the middle of the rig, about 4 feet from the windshield. There's enough room on the "dashboard" for a couple pygmies to sleep sideways. In the back, behind the driver is a bed with storage underneath. Dude had his skis, boots, helmets, and shit all stacked in their own cubby holes.
