The Resume

My brain and eyeballs aren't workjing so great today. Spent the weekend polishing my resume and working on a cover letter. It's always lame for me to put this stuff together since the goal is to brag about how rad you are. Being a low-profile, behind the scenes, quietly-get-the-job-done kind of dude, I really don't enjoy it. Makes me seem shallow and oh so SoCal. Might as well try, so let's see if it works.

  1. Yep, still slavin away. It's good, but I'm looking for great.

    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 large red onion
    Cheddar cheese (as desired)
    Pepper Jack cheese (as desired)
    6 large pieces bacon, crumbled
    6 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 tablespoons mustard
    1 tablespoon Thousand Island dressing
    1 tablespoon Ranch
    1 tablespoon Honey BBQ sauce
    · Boil potatoes until soft. Cut into slices and mix
    together with mayonnaise.
    · Stir in the mustard, BBQ sauce, Ranch and
    Thousand Island.
    · Chill for 1 1/2 hours, and then add the cheese
    and crumbled bacon.
    · Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    · Add paprika for decoration.

  3. ain't no tuna sando, but it'll do as a side! yeah Lonis!
